For your information, our offices we will be closed from Tuesday 23rd December 2025 at 12.30. We will reopen on the Friday 2nd of January 2026.
The last rental payment will be processed on Wednesday 24th December 2025. We will also endeavour to run the rental payments at least once between the Christmas and New Year, however, no rent arrears will be chased during this time.
Please also note any statements will be posted when we return after the Christmas period.
We will be writing to your tenants to let them know our office hours over this period. We already given them advice on how to protect your property during this time and we have informed them the of the out of hours emergency number This will go to our designated contractor, Trades 24/7, please advise us if you wish them to use an alternative contractor and we can send your contractor details over to your tenants. We will let you know when we reopen about any holiday emergency call outs during this period.
