Purpose:
To manage the rental and maintenance payments end to end. Receiving and processing rental and deposit payments, liaising with tenants and landlords about payment delays. Invoicing and statement generation, and reconciling accounts.
Key Tasks:
Achieving agreed rental payment service levels.
Keeping landlords up to date with accounts up dates
Chasing rental arrears and agreeing payment plans where needed
Managing the payment of maintenance invoicing and generating invoices.
Reconciling the bank accounts
Upholding the brand and service
Dealing with Customer enquiries and logging details on to the system
Processing standing orders
Key Performance Indicators:
Liaising with accountants
Rental arrears
Speed and accuracy of landlord and contractor payments
Account reconciliation
Customer satisfaction
DPS deadline met
Skills and Experience:
Credit control experience and accounts experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self motivated
Good negotiation skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Excellent track record on providing outstanding customer service
