A check out fee of £42 incl vat is payable by the tenant at the end of the tenancy. If additional visits are required a charge will be made of £24 incl vat per additional visit.
£24 incl vat each for the following: Alterations to the tenancy, dishonoured cheques, recalled standing orders and arranging a refund if rent is paid in error.
There will be a charge of £120 incl VAT if notice is given by the tenant and then withdrawn
Interest rate for late payment of rent is 4 (four) per cent above the base lending rate of HSBC Bank plc
